One thing I am convinced of is that the level of your health at this moment, has a lot to do with your basic feeling of overall wellness….meaning that your optimum health is the most important thing to strive for. Here is another one of our requests about Meniere’s Disease symptoms. It comes from someone who has been on our supplement system for quite a while. I am going to bold her comments so the whole process is a bit easier to see.
“Do you find that this condition is progressive as they say? I’ve had this sense 2015 and yes I am better and I do manage but I still ever so often have some minor attacks. They don’t put me on the ground but they alter what I’m doing for that moment for sure. And then there’s some days I am right as rain.
I don’t mean to be difficult I sincerely do not know what I am doing differently. I mean in relation to the minor attacks. I’m 66 years old now am I die it’s really good it gets better and better all the time. And I’ve lost 30 pounds which is lovely and I am walking 3 to 5 miles. At least every day because I’m having to hand walking injured horse. I’m getting around OK but it’s always in the background.
I have an older friend who takes a diuretic and potassium and she said it really works for her. I mean she has some minor dizziness when the lights are really bright but she’s out trail riding and still being a realtor and I was wondering how you feel about that combination?
I mean I’ll never quit taking my supplements. And I’m just wondering if this is just getting worse because that’s what it does and how do you manage this as you get older. Your thoughts are always highly regarded and appreciated
I know I am ADD and it’s really hard for me to focus and write things down I just watch what I’m doing I should log but I do but it’s very difficult because I’m very active I go from a horse barn to my home to people’s homes to my car but the only thing I’m really fully aware of is what I’m eating..”
Here is how I responded with my usual way of inserting my comments so I would not forget to answer all the “bits” of conversation.
- Do you find that this condition is progressive as they say?
By “they” who do you mean? I will assume you mean medical practitioners…the people we think know everything to help us? Of course it’s far simpler to go to a doctor who gives us his “opinion”. However, they need to generalize. You are very fortunate because you can be very specific with your own symptoms. The practitioner has to follow a set protocol and cannot deviate from that. You are privileged to think differently, to question ideas.
By “this condition”, I assume you mean the balance and hearing issues: a condition people have been programmed to think of as Meniere’s Disease, an incurable condition. Unfortunately, we truly believe that this is a long term disease, with no hope of healing, no cure. And that is completely wrong. Find the cause and fix it.
A healthy body doesn’t have any hearing issues or balance issues. When it does, it means it is not as healthy as it needs to be. The point at which this “unhealthiness” shows up, tells you that some “cause” has created this symptom, be it hearing loss or a balance situation. REAL science is all about “cause and effect”. Keep this in mind at all times. It will serve you very well. This is simply basic anatomy and physiology: cause and effect. Anything said to the contrary, is not based on scientific knowledge.
You do not need a degree in any medical profession. You can simply look at your own body, recognize when it’s healthy and then realize when it’s not. You can feel it.
However, (again) we are programmed to ask for outside help. That “help” is based on predetermined, but unexplored thinking. I have said this before….I am always amazed when a medical practitioner contracts me for help. I am very happy to share all my knowledge. Surely they have been taught the science of “cause and effect”.
So, right now, you do not need to think this condition will last forever. Get your body healthy and the symptoms go away. Allow your body to be unhealthy, and these same symptoms MAY come back, depending on the cause.
- I’ve had this since 2015
If you truly have had Meniere’s Disease since 2015, you would have had balance and hearing symptoms since 2015 all the time. Do you? As an example, think of having a splinter in your finger… it will be painful all the time until you remove it. The term “disease” is made up of “dis, meaning “away” and “ease”: meaning comfortable/ easy. So it simply means you are uncomfortable right now (or whenever you have these symptoms.) And surely, you will do something to pull that splinter out, not be told there is nothing to be done.
So have you really had this disease ever since 2015? From what I will read shortly, I think not.
I pinched this definition of “disease” from Google: “What is a simple definition of “disease”? “Any harmful deviation from the normal structural or functional state of an organism, generally associated with certain signs and symptoms and differing in nature from physical injury.”
- and yes I am better
So at this point your body is healthy.
- and I do manage but I still ever so often have some minor attacks.
So at these points, your body is NOT healthy. Can you see how you can look at this very easily and differently now? So one minute you are fine and the next moment you are not fine. What changed? Something CAUSED your body to be unwell. And what could that be? ANYTHING that has alerted your body’s protection into action automatically. It is your body’s responsibility to protect you. In this case, some irritant alerted your balance nerve or your hearing nerve that something isn’t “normal”.
And…your body is programmed to respond automatically to
- protect you,
- heal you,
- detoxify all your body systems,
- rebalance itself to keep you healthy.
And….inflammation is a natural HEALING process
This is all done through your immune system: you do not actively / consciously ask your body to protect you. You let it do its job naturally.
- They don’t put me on the ground, but they alter what I’m doing for that moment for sure.
If you follow my thinking just above, you will quickly recognize that some cause has shown up in the interval between feeling well and feeling unwell. So what could this cause be? Remember you have two different symptoms to make this diagnosis, right?. Balance (dizziness or vertigo) and hearing loss (or tinnitus). So which of these symptoms is showing up? That will tell you what nerve is being irritated. How far back do you have to go? Most often just a few hours, sometimes just a few minutes.
- And then there’s some days I am right as rain. I don’t mean to be difficult I sincerely do not know what I am doing differently. I mean in relation to the minor attacks.
At this point, nothing is bothering your balance nerve or the hearing nerve, right? They are behaving normally.
- I’m 66 years old now. My diet is really good, and it gets better and better all the time. And I’ve lost 30 pounds which is lovely and I am walking 3 to 5 miles. At least every day because I’m having to hand walking injured horse. I’m getting around OK but it’s always in the background.
Yes, I completely understand how easy it is to get programmed by reading all the horror stories online and from friends. We share our miseries. But once you know that there is another way to think differently, you are not so easily persuaded to follow this narrative, but it takes practice and determination.
- I have an older friend who takes a diuretic and potassium and she said it really works for her.
That is the prescribes protocol. It will never heal anything (drugs do not heal), nor will she get any better until she looks for the underlying cause AND fixes it. I hear this from others. But think of this…she may well not have any symptoms for days or weeks (whenever the cause shows up) but daily she takes these drugs. One irony is that the side effects of these drugs are often the symptoms used to diagnose Meniere’s disease…if she is happy in what she does, then it works for her.
However, she would be far better off to find the cause and fix it, and stop all the chemicals moving around in her body daily. I encourage people to look up the actions and the side effects of their drugs. Often that is enough to have them switch gears and look for the underlying cause.
- I mean she has some minor dizziness when the lights are really bright
So I ask, respectfully, what is the point of taking these drugs?
- but she’s out trail riding and still being a realtor and I was wondering how you feel about that combination?
I think she is not helping her body BE healthy. Her body has to constantly get rid of the chemicals and that wears down her immune system. But I also think she has been told that this is helpful and gives her something tangible to do.
- I mean I’ll never quit taking my supplements.
That is a wise decision: nutrients are the ONLY way to keep feeding your body’s existence (keeping it alive). Drugs can’t do that. Your immune system is the basic protection for health.
- And I’m just wondering if this is just getting worse
Is it getting worse?
- because that’s what it does
When?
- and how do you manage this as you get older.
Your health depends on your immune system’s health, pure and simple. Perfectly scientific. Right now, we are going through this covid period. What is the most common advice you hear? Keep your immune system healthy. And if it’s not to your satisfaction, find some nutrients that do it. What you are doing right now will work nicely, but if you would like a PDF copy of “Expert-Recommended Vaxx Recovery Protocols”, let me know.
Here is a short comment from them……
I QUOTE ….Concluding Thoughts
“When it comes to regaining your health, knowing which protocols or treatments to use can be uncertain. In this eBook, we shared a handful of some of the most effective treatments that are helping people to recover post-jab and from long-COVID.
All of these protocols are based on combating the key mechanisms of destruction by both the jab and COVID. They focus on preventing blood clotting, detoxing from the heavy metals and other unknown toxins, boosting the body’s immune system and helping the body to successfully
excrete toxins.
Our doctors provide a combination of safe pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals that have proven to be highly effective treatment options. It’s important to remember, though, that everyone is unique. So what may work for one person may not work well for you.
That’s why we have provided you with a few options, so that you can use the one you feel most comfortable with. And, if the ones you choose don’t work, another option may be better for you.
Ultimately, these protocols and treatments have been successful in reversing numerous post-vaxx injuries and long-haul COVID symptoms.”
- Your thoughts are always highly regarded and appreciated
- I know I am ADD and it’s really hard for me to focus and write things down I just watch what I’m doing I should log but I do but it’s very difficult because I’m very active I go from a horse barn to my home to people’s homes to my car but the only thing I’m really fully aware of is what I’m eating..
Being ADD has absolutely nothing to do with anything. There are many, many other possibilities such as personal care products, facial creams, moving your head, odours, chemicals, drugs, etc.. I send out our Study Guide daily. It has a section to help look for an underlying cause. Did I send it to you lately?
Enough for now.
